Having directly managed the construction of many projects and performed as project manager for many clients enables us to insure that the general contractor with the acceptable price is qualified.  During construction, we monitor the work and facilitate communication between the architect, engineers, lenders, city inspectors and the contractor's construction management team.  Problems encountered are resolved in the interest of our client and responsibility assessed to the appropriate party.

Our clients additionally benefit from our continuing relationships with architects and civil engineers.  Once a site is selected, we can arrange an initial meeting with the appropriate firm(s) to discuss the project and provide the client with a fee quote for the work required. A general contractor can be involved to provide comments on the preliminary design to ensure that no unnecessary cost will be generated by the design. Upon completion of the preliminary plan, a detailed cost estimate can be prepared to determine if the cost is acceptable.
